This person knows nothing about weight loss and he has made a mash up of multiple articles. He has done a bad job at that too.

Whatever may be your method to reduce weight, please keep in mind that elephant cannot become ant even by starving. Everyone has got a structure that cannot be changed. But sure one can try to be attractive in that structure.

In moderation both veg and nonveg food are healthy!There is nothing much to crow about one against/or in favor of the other.
Friuts are certainly good for health and staying healthy! "Moderation" is the key.

Fat is burned 100% when the body is at rest...While walking..70-90% cals is from carbs and 10-30% from yr fats..So Strength training is a must alongwith with cardio for weightloss too!!! remember in weight loss...80% weight loss comes from diet and 20% from exercise..

Fat is not burned 100% when body is at rest, n calories are burnt when your are running/jogging/brisk walking. Otherwise fat is burnt. Also, diet does not alone assist upto 80% in weight loss.
For weight loss, one need to combine high intensity cardio , circuit training and diet.

Rest your assumptions undoubtely can be included among myths in this article.

Consult her book, tips given by her are the best... every other advice is just crap..
