These recipes are copied from some American or European website/Magazine.

Rediff, please stop doing this. Almost all these recipes are affordable to Americans and Europeans. But in India it is just for rich and famous people.

Post some idea for Indian people.

Rice is complex carbohydrate, so is wheat. Both are cereals and do not contain high level of proteins. In any case, wheat is not some olympic grade food. Some varieties of Indian wheat is affected by "karnal bunt".
