funda no. 4 will fail, if a=10, b=2.
i.e. ab=102, ba=210

In case 1, 30 to be subtracted from numerator and the answer comes 2.345333, much closer to the actual answer.

The excetions are with 2,3 and 2,4
1st case: 3^2>2^3
2nd case:4^2=2^4
