If she did schooling in Jaipur, how can she still claim to be from 'small town'? There are hundreds of examples of small town folks who make it big..including our Cricket Captain Dhoni...it is true that small town people are more motivated to succeed and prove themseles..but Rediff should not allow someone to claim something they are not!

Don't be jealous of her success. Stop picking words like small town. Admire the sheer hardwork she has shown. How many of us have thr struggling guts ?
Re: she grew up in Jaipur. hows that a small town?

My dear friend, focus is not on small town, but struggle of a lady to rise from ashes to CEO of a company. Read lines, and not between the lines.
Small town and big town divide is myth being created by media Human beings acts in same way whether small or big town In fact since life is more tough and demanding big town people should be able to cope up with life in a better way

you seem to be contradicting yourself. If the difference is just media created and there's no real difference, why would big town people be able to cope better? I am not disagreeing with you. Just pointing out the contradiction.

Ipsita ... Please stop using small & big town. This story is about success of a lady, situation of town is immaterial.

if you read the story, the small town fact is significant in her life. Read the story. Leave your preconceived notions of what's important and what is not away for a moment.
