Why only continental BF is shown ,what about healthy indian BF which is consumed by a majority of Indians. the author of this article has just simply copied from an unknown source and posted here as if his own..

Straight lift off from an english magazine with added masala (pictures).
Hard boiled egg and banana and the picture is of boiled egg and whole meal bread. Where's the banana? Masala wasn't done properly either.
Where's the good old idly, dosa, upma, which have the least fat and make you feel full?

Excellent observation. FYI, I also had such queries and check out a site on Youtube a HBO series on weight of the Nation. its a sort of 4 part series. Watch it. Apparently Idli, dosa, Upma, are all under heavy Carb category. so not good as BF options, esply for Overweight and Diabetics.
