Even Mark Zuckerberg the Facebook's CEO moved to Google Plus because of it's awesome features and privacy options. Look at Mark's profile, he is using many privacy options of Google Plus to hide many of his Gplus activities.

People in HR have not brain to think ... U can even select right person .... thrugh FB u will lost right person for right job... Some HR do these useless thiings to show thier value add ...These HR are reason for slowdown ...
Recruiters are below average people in 99% cases. Internet is not a Character or Loyalty standard and even any uneducated person understands that. In a picnick game front u fun showoff many things and next day on u are back on serious duty life...but the picknick sports does not decide your social ability or education standard....whoever does this kind of rogue idea business must be an IDIOT dictator.
