BRO- and limitations
by samuel arthur on Oct 15, 2011 09:55 AM

Its not easy to maintain European stds of roads specially in high altitude areas. Please note that this road is heavily used by heavy traffic of army and civil supplies besides huge tourist flow !
And above all , rains, rockfall and snowfall....I dont think BRO is doing anything less that what it could have done. As for as images are concerned- I agree with the gentleman...first two could have been little better....but again it depends on what writer want us to see !!
