Iphone is the most sought after phone globally and Android is no comparison (slow, so many virus, cheap).. This is exactly what the author has said. Most iPhone users dont have any clue what they are holding, and it is just for showing off. And you just proved the author right by comparing it to Lions and iSheeps. By the way if a product is cheap, doesnt mean it is bad.. and if a product is costly, doesnt mean it is good.

Apple products cater to consumerist Western culture where they spend first and pay later. That's why Apple is not bothered about the Indian market where consumers are value conscious and price sensitive. Apple certainly rocks ... or rather pinches purses and bank accounts.
i request the rediff not to mislead the people by having a half knowledge writers on the panel. the guy who has written doestnt even know how many apps are free in iphone and most n majority of them are of gre8 help for the users and in my 4 years of iphone i never bought any apps except games so please dont mislead the people and as for as my knowl is concerned iphone4 is the best phone ever and in future too

This article is rubbish. Talk about smartphones and you don't include htc and samsung ! the author must be living in a different world. htc and Samsung are strong competitors for iphone. Even the author seems to be crazy about brand names like Sony and iphone !
