It is in fact a great achievement
by mangesh mhatre on Oct 07, 2011 11:00 AM  | Hide replies

For a common person like me, a walk of about 15 - 20 minutes - say about 1.5 to 2 km in sun scorched day makes me dizzy for the rest of the day. It is beyond my imaginations how this young lady traveled for 51 days in desert.

Hats off to her.

She has shown a real grit of MARATHA.

You may not agree, but what he said is THE FACT.
We have a great lineage-
Shalivahan - the first emperor to start Indian Calender - that was about 2000 years ago from Paithan near Aurangabad.

Shivaji Maharaj - The first one to challenge rule of Mughals & free common people from tyrant rulers. His efforts finally resulted in breking down the Mughal Empire altogether by his successors.

Now Anna Hazare- First one to start all out war against corrupt rulers of this country.

Now please keep quiet.

It is just your opinion, not a fact.Every region in India has a great lineage not only Maharashtra.

Please keep your opinions to yourself.

Thanks

Just becoz some marathas hav contributed doesnt mean that all marathas are equally good.
If brazil has produced some gr8 footballers, doesnt mean all brazillians are gr8 footballers
