festivals are for fasting in the morning and having divine food by the evening,just like ramzan.its not for eating meat or using hard to smell spices like garlic,onion etc. what kind of traditions are we following????

u guys hve no sense along with rediff......heading is navrathri.....topic is durga puja frm Bengal tat has no link with navrathri......begalis hve mutton on dushera the day durga goes back to her husband Shiva tats the concept....so Debina is correct in having mutton recipe......

Times have changed aarti,If you want veg Navratri so be it and those who want a no veg then good luck to them. One can not force ones own ideology on any one since religion does bot belongs to or is a personal property of any one. It is upto individual how they celebrate and not according to some one else.

Navaratri is a period where many Hindu observe fasting and spartan life. Giving Mutton dishes is offensive. Please use your chicken brain and stop this
