Average Indian family spends on weddings much-much beyond its means. This hits hard particularly the lower middle class section of society which cuts every other expenditure possible all their lives to save for the day when they can marry off their daughters. Such unproductive wasteful expenditure helps nobody. Such misplaced prioritized spending in life makes Indian society a backward one and it also makes sure that India remains a poor country forever.

Yes Definetely. Meat/chicken dishes and biryani should be banned in all nikkahs henceforth.
And everyone of that particular relgion should be forced not to have more than 2 kids
Just calculate: 60,000 weddings = 1,20,000 families are meeting If both side of family will consist of 500 guests then total guests will be 6 CRORE. This is not the population of Delhi & around. That's why only media is hyping the numbers of marriage are so high.

It means atleast whole Delhi population will attend 1-2 marriage that day. You know that Delhi's total population is around 1.2 crore which doesn't support your views. As per your statement every person will be having 5 options to attend the marriage.
