As per the above list these so called NUTS like badam and cashew has allergic side effects...if u have the doubt pls consult a skin specialist....who by default suggest you keep these nuts away for sometime if u get skin infections..........NUT has lot of good and Bad as well..,.rest SPINACH and OATS and YOGHURT are 100% agreeable and zero side effects too
Most of these articles about health improvement are uselss and not practical. Either they are too expensive or time consuming or both or it may not be suitable for average Indian palette.

If you don't know anything about health, don't show ignorance by placing such senseless blog.Spinach,yogurt and some of nuts are within average person's reach.

Yes I agree, most of the health tips provided are not reachable by an average man.But the items listed here are within reach of an average man.

average Indian means Rs 35/- per day income, then No. If around Rs 200/- per day, then Yes.

You should not eat dry fruits by the kilo. Buy a kilo once in 2 months and have a few grains every day.
When mind is not calm, near n dearone must watch carefully and boost the psychological level and feed him/her with above food with great patience and love. Mind plays very important role so as food. Its inter related. At such times care givers role become very important.
