Running with the correct posture
by sp on Nov 16, 2011 08:35 AM

It is neither a myth nor misconception that running comes natural. You do not change the way you run. Your body subconsciously does it the best and most efficient way. Changing the running posture may even harm your legs. There are various scientific studies to prove this. You can google for a "reliable" source on this or talk to someone who is not involved in promoting products for running or one who doesn't financially benefit from advising you.
