Can you tell me from which state are you? What is the guarantee,that you are not a liar. Hope you are an frustated software guy,who could not land in software industry What is the guarantee that you are a genuine person? what is the guarantee that you passed you education sincerely?

veera, wat mudaliar said is true....but s/w companies can't run with fakes..its d demand fr d resources, that ppl are inturn becomin fakes..

chinni,y r u supporting him? even companies also doing the same with thier clinets. then y making nonsense with the name of langauage? every one knows lot of crap in IT. Then y crying over fake ?
Answer is simple. Get the your friend/expert to attend the interview. Last week one candidate (from lad of fake)joined one of the well known MNC, and he was not speaking at office, we thought got some problem and will need to be taken to hospital.. Later on we understood he don't know english at all.......... LOLz he was interviewed via telephone...
ENJOY you will get any certificate from this state. Just need to pay money.. and these people are well known for PROXY interviews

Your frustation,indicates,that you did not get selected in any of the software companies? What is the guarantee that you are a genuine person? What is the guarantee that you passed your academics without copying?

Are u nuts. Now a days all companies do give offers vide telephonic interviews. And I am talking of companies like Reliance, Essar, IBM, TCS etc. In which world are you now. 20th Century !!!!!
it is nice idea to help the candidates through internet and mobile for the most wanted job as a most suitable candidate with available resume for kind perusal
New reporter's technique of pausing for a second or two before answering will help in articulating the answer and directing the course of discussion.
Just as interviewer is trying to understand you, you make a conscious effort of understanding the interviewer. Remember everyone is there in the call for their problem. Interviewer needs someone good to fill in for his requirement and you are in need of better paying job
Understand these concerns from signals in conversation.
