This may be true for those who have erectile dysfunction problem due to stress etc. But No exercise not even any form of yoga is going to cure erectile dysfunction if you have blood pressure and diabetes problems. Drugs dispensed to combat these issues will make sure of that.

Mens body is not flexible as girls. so only few mens will be able to perform this.
It is interesting to know that female can also have erectile dysfunction! LOL!! What kind of erective dysfuntion does a female has? May be that these poses has cure for other dysfunction other than erectile. Author only knows!!!
