IT SEEMS THAT BOTH ARE TWO SIDES OF SAME COIN. BUT PRNBJI IS AN UNDERSTANDABLE ONE.
Sahaj and Sugam forms are color coded and I understand that we cannot download and print the forms using a black printer cartridge. Our government is notorious for making things more complicated and claiming that it is making things easier for the tax payer.

THE COLOR FORMS MAY BE ANOTHER 2G SCAM. THE COLOUR INK MAKERS MIGHT HAVE BRIBED THOSE IN THE FINANCE MINISTRY.THE DIGITAL SIGNATURE IS ANOTHER HI-TECH SCAM IN WHICH DIGITAL SIGNATURE PROVIDERS PROBABLY BRIBED THOSE IN THE MINISTRY OF COMPANY AFFAIRS AND MINISTRY OF FINANCE FOR MAKING THEM MANDATORY,FIRSTLY FOR COMPANIES. MOREOVER THE DURATION OF THE DIGITAL SIGNATURES ARE ONLY ONE YEAR. ALL THESE MAL-PRACISES ARE IN THE COVER OF E- GOVERNANCE. I AM IN SYMPATHY FOR THE POOR INDIAN CIVILIANS.
