I fully understand the intelligble differentia. But that needs to be justified. Iam fully aware that a president of a state should not be pitted against a beggar.
Again, i stress on fair play amongst equals. That too in the Job market amongst privates. In a country like India where caste dominates the concept of intelligble differentia is largely misused and manupulated. Whereas, in developed nations there is a fair play in the job market and the best outshine. If there is not fair play in the job market, then India would be only creating counterfieters

Well, Modi has achieved the status of a CM of a state despite his involvment in the muslim killings ? Do u consider that as an achievement? If u consider even that as an achievement, I don't.
to pick up the true achievers, scholarly debates should be encouraged. Participants of these premier institutes should be pitted against other institutes and let them show their might.

And do u thing companies who recruit IITians are fool and recruiting them without knowing their worth...
There is simple rule you have to struggle at least once...At time of admission or at time of getting Job....
And obviously when one work hard at time of admission he get moulded in such a way that door of success open for them

Why not. But do u think companies get into IIT....See their marks...Sort them in ascending order and take them to their houses?
This is the only one examination where faculty cannot prepare a question paper without errors. Faculty cannot give key without errors. After the exam, famous corporate colleges make their entire faculty sit together and prepare keys of their own. Each key is different. Is this IIT JEE is a right way of judgement?
