Atitude determines your altitude & there is no substitute to Hard work this has been proved time and again. In todays both the corporate and the cricketing world we are speaking about process, methodology and planning but none the less the more vital aspect is execution which we fail many a times.
So as Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam said "Waves are my inspiration because they never fail to rise once again"
Hope the winning way has more to more than a theoritical approach

sorry I wanted to write MI (mumbai Indians)not mm, is Harsha taunting MI captain Sachin? "great leaders don't let their team mates never down"

sachin never seems to care for his team, just his survival and prolong stay at the crease,

last IPL he stayed for long with an ordinay strike rate and MI lost, now he is repeating it.

why can't he play freely, just based on the merit of the delivery?

you cannot play 20-20 with only paddle sweep shot and singe run again and again, then go for a slog - get out at the first ball of attacking shot,

same storey again & again

cricket is so tough game, it respcts you only if you respect it & play properly not play like sachn now a days.

he is nice only when he does well, he is very cheap & arrogant when he doesn't do well
