Myth 11: Building muscle will cause you to become slower and less flexible
This may actually be true for guys who grow too big. A 300 pound bodybuilder will be slower than a 200 pound person, everything else (body fat levels, stamina, training level, general health etc.) being same.
Respected author ... We were never under an impression that the 10 points mentioned by you are true. I'm not sure why you created those myths and then debunked those. Good way to spend your time though.
Indian dont care about healthy food or excercise. the result is live with disease and die soon. dont have enough energy to do any work properly. West has grown so much because they train their kids since childhood to take responsibility about health and energy. Here we only laugh and make fun of health issue. Chineese are very very strong. their beflief is if we can take care of food and excercise we can conqure disease and death. in india we laught at health issue like fools.
70% of diseases are more the mind. and from our senceful behaviour.
90% of common diseases are from food , water or climate. If we can manage the three well in advance we can shut the illicit clinics of bogus doctors.
When ever u are ill , use your mind power and tell yourself 1 lac times you are ok. and see.
also remember
1. People may more often die after eating and rarely because of starving (to die of starvation you will need 25 days - but probably all health complications arise out of wrong food)
2. will power of the poor keeps him fit and the opposite with the rich.
1. 99.99999.. percent of people are so frightened and cautious of our health and those of our near ones , that we become too jittery to rush to the doctor.
and who is this doctor?
99.9999...percent of doctors are kids of the rich who got the push over by paying donations and influence , what is their common sence? or wisdom? they just memorise from the books and blabber something , buy equipments out of money and carry all the tests even on patiens with a simple stomach problem.

You are right. People with strong will power & positive thinking are always more healthy & also offer more resistance to any disease.
