Another Mehbooba Mufti Sayeed ? These Kashmiri youth should never be selected for administrative posts . Better select a hindu Dalit or and SC -ST OBC for such vacancies .
They are going to create a problem for kashmiri pandits later .If you want to select them dont post them in J$K .

Yes only dalit/SC boys and girls of corrupt politicians must be selected for IAS and only recomdetions from member of parliament .There should be no reservation for general quota

I think Allah will be really happy if she first places all Indians irrespective of religion first and foremost..and not just Muslims..as you are suggesting. She passed IAS not MAS. Get it? Lets be human beings first..Weve have 3 partitions already by this agenda of keeping Muslims first. How many more do you want?

the two candidates who got through the UPSC from J&K are definitely on special consideration as they appeared from J&K. This is just to appease kashmiri muslims. With so much violence in the valley and schools and colleges remain closed for most of the year and fear gripping everyone living in Kashmir, its impossible to become the Topper leave alone passing out.

Idiot, She is from Ladhak, which is buddhist majority area of J & K. This are is not affected by militancy. Also she got through in her 3rd attempt. Don't show your stupidity and ignorance to everybody here.
