I am a huge fan of Johnson's Cafe too! The Lodge, of which the Cafe is a part, is excellent too, with squeaky clean, very comfortable and quaint rooms. I go to Manali at least twice every year, and make it a point to book the Johnson's Lodge well in advance, since there is no other place I can think of staying at in Manali!
