They lack ethics and often quarrel with each other for few pennies. They are inferior to educated Indians in many ways. I dont understand why our government is extending OCI/PIO for these useless people

I do not know whether British Indians are 'inferior' to 'educated Indians' !
But I do know just as everyone who is in the know knows that British Indians, just like American Indians and Canadian Indians and Australian Indians, are secretly and sometimes not so secretly looked upon with revulsion by their white hosts !

you should not be denigrating fellow Indians like this...the top 3 or 4 most successful British companies today are Indian...inferior people do not accomplish all this.
British media has nothing to hype of otherwise a country where natives are simply living in past & surviving on taxes recovered from hard working Asians.What did they otherwise saw in this plain Jane to be called by this name? The other extreme is our media lead by Barkha's odf the world who seems to be more worried about fate of Pakistan post Osama & busy interviewing known India haters Imran Khan & bloody Mush.Has she got any self respect or patriotism to indulge in such anti nation journalism? Why is she still around in NDTV after being foun indulging in part politics in radia tapes? it seems moral lectures are reserved only for others especially BJP?
