Hypocritic behaviour

For those who wants to prove themselves in the field of art - be it music, theater, movies etc - will have to encounter quite a few hyprcrites enroute before they can (if at all) make it big. The throwbacks will be in the form of subtle put downs, blatant non-response, cynical remarks and stark indifference- especially if the star knows that you have the stuff and can actually be a potential threat to him/her in future.

The greatest lesson has been - keep moving and keeping finding more targets to hit. There is no point cribbing / rusing about someones behaviour. rather you take charge / control and ignore the person who is no mind to tolerate your growth. However, if the same star approaches you for a favour in future do not keep past things in mind, but treat him/her like a entirely new professional contact. Its not the time to settle scores, or recap past incidents for sure.

The field of arts is ruthless and unless one learns to cope up with these psychological challenges, it will tough to make the grade.

@ Devdutt: Rediff is trying to bring out the "humble" photographer. It shows as if he did a noble job by waiting. As foolish as "Rediff"..... Hehehehehe
