Filing of Income Tax Return of a person having multiple source of Income takes about 2 hrs for compilation of data and online filing of return using a software.Normally, fees charged is about Rs 3000-4000. Is it exorbitant by any standards, taking into consideration the fact that you are availing the services of a qualified chartered accountant,who has pursued one of the toughest professional course ?????
Its time all INdians start paying Direct Taxes. While Mumbai had an TAX COllection target there are pockets in India where due remittance from abroad some people are millionaires and live in palatial bungalows, however not sure how much tax they pay.
Most Mumbaikars slog 16-18 hrs to make ends meet and they are taxed
for the first time in last 10 years rediff has posted some usefull information on there website... definately will be usefull to many people... hope this sought of articles will be posted very often in future as well

It is right... I too was expecting that Rediffmail should do some homework for such good thing it will be used by so many................ Definitely it will reduce the queue at IT offices
