T think sleep is related to density-to-lightness of the body. I need only 4 hours of sleep that too not a sound one. At times at 2100 hrs I go for tea/coffee to remain awake.
Many people consume coffee, tea in late evening and even nights which is the biggest reason for insomnia.All these reverse the natural relaxaton the mind undergoes as we approach bedtime.
A gap of atleast 6 hrs should be maintained between consuming these and going to bed.

yea, because Ash is not getting any from small B so she is frustrated and unable to sleep

Mind yr words, they are bahu and father in law. If it happens in yr family its good.
if they have sex every night before going to bed they'll get good sleep. there females hit two birds in one shot. they can invite other guys so that they get good sleep as make money too.
