How about paying Rs 100000 to each women who undergoes sterilization after 1 child, 50000 after 2 child and 25000 after 3 child and so on... .... and of course no money for men getting sterilized

And How about giving additional Tax breaks of 5% per child to couple with > 15lac annul income for each addition child born after 2 child..... India is being taken over otherwise....
