Stress will come once man in problem or any major burden, at that time will u think people will do this Yoga to reduce stress ? Its really fun to talk something nonsense

who asked u to read this....mostly its women who face stress...in your lifestyle dat u have shown where is stress....u dont have to worry abt kids ..clean house,who puts food on your table...i think its not u but ur wife who is stressed...i dont see u doing anything abt at house....women who multitask every day ,let it be at home and work...sud think of stress no tu...

your ranting is quite stressful. We need to get rid of you to be stressfree.
4 am Running and jogging 5-6 am Gym 6-8 AM Taekwondo 9-7.30 pm office 8.30- 10 pm Taekwondo practice! and and and...........! where is peace yaar? Initially started as an adventure and now in mess. cant quit any1........pls pls suggest what to do.

u must take restyl(0.25) every alternate day(with your medico`s advice) and cut down on your physical exercise.You will get restful sleep for 8 hours daily.discontinue restyl after a fortnight
