Practical technical education is essential to become an enterpreneur. MBA may be helpful in services sector like finance.without political patronage, It is difficult to survive. good arable land is being diverted for industrial sector. It will be not good for India in the long run.Agriculture based processing industry and good agricultural practices is need of hour
Present politicians and bureacrats are greatest hurdle in this way, India requires only 25% people in agriculture, remaining are compulsorily involved in it, as they do not have any other work, industrialisation is the only solution, for which politicians create havoc for land and other facilities,all left parties and social parties are anti to it.mind set of our breacrats also not congenial to progress.

for job creators we need to have a media whihc will ignite the minds of the dormant creators. for that FREEDOM of expression plays a big role in it, and the world's most populous nation ( i believe it is ) should not have any Taboo towards the word SEX. By the way India is able to acheive this GREAT achievement ( world's populous nation status only through SEX and not through agriculture activities. ) indians need to realize that there are lot of other things to do out there other than making stupid masala movies and playing cricket.
There is no way a leader or enterpreneur in any field can be created through formal education like MBA program. MBA program at best can create a manager which many of us mistook for leader or enterpreneur. If history is any guide than most of leaders and enterpreneur are created through life experiences, desire and motivation. Any thing which can be formalized by its very nature cannot create a leader because then everybody can become leader/ enterpreneur. MBA degree is a modern day illusion and like most of passing fade it will pass through.
