Corporates these days are fairly gender-neutral, if not fully. Being a working woman myself, I can say that in my 7 yrs of working, I have not experienced bias on the basis of gender.
Having said that, I also have to admit that at least some men these days understand the pressure than women have to bear and help at home as well. So yes, there is definitely a change for the better, but will take at least 2 more generations. The change has to begin with women i.e. when girls like me become mothers and if we have sons, we have to ensure that we don't favour or pamper them and make them realise what womanhood is all about. If we teach them to respect women, I'm sure future generations will change.

Were you born of a woman's womb or you were teleported to the earth. Try handling an ounce of labor pain equivalent and you'll know what it means to be a woman.
women with resources and stability in society do not care about women without those.
If women who had, cared for women who dont have, we would have seen Nita Ambani start 100s of schools for girls all over the country instead of purchasing and running Mumbai Indians.
Why is it that only a few people like Kiran Bedi and Sudha Murthy must become "symbols of hope and change" ?
Why should not all women help each other out?
Why should Ekta Kapoor always have the last laugh - and actually make an empire out of India's national shame - women inside the same nuclear family exploiting each other to the hilt?
Most men have exactly two desires over women - mating and control.
These two desires clearly show how evil men behave against women.
But women? They dont want to force-mate with other women. Yet just for some local control, women are happy to destroy womanhood itself.
Who's the bigger enemy to women? men? or women?
Apathy of urban women towards rural women will ensure the sad state of women in India for many decades to come.
In reality neither the society nor the corporate are gender neutral any where It is only a notion that's all. even the justice is a biased to women whether in the family or in office she often burdened by pressure in spite she succeeds more is a real plus point in her.
