It is time to stop treating people like cattle and treat them like thinking individuals.
Advice from experienced doctors, and people who are atleast 60 and above, and are enjoying great health, is more valuable than new age fads and advice from people who've just not had that much experience. This sort of information is available in the home, and around us, not necessarily with a dietician. I wonder whether the dieticians will sign a declaration taking responsibility for any loss of health as a result of taking their advice.
This article is by Lifemojo and 3 of the 4 "core people" according to their website are computer science graduates (BE) and the "lead dietician" is a registered dietician and an MBA, probably the only person with some experience. The rest don't even qualify as dieticians.

Well said Prashanth. My father is 78 years old and he never controlled his food intake, but he was working hard. No sugar, no BP, no illness. His 'Mantra' is eat well work well physically. I do the same. I am 46 and no problem so far. One simple 'Mantra' is don't over consume even it is " Amrit'
