The gender Bias coupled with pressure at home has made the progress bit slow, but the achievement in work place by women has shaken the man domination in recent year's,as they possessed with natural managerial skills coupled with full potential brain functioning on both sides made them fit to cope with any situation.

Since ages, men are treated by societies as sub-humans. The societies evolved in such a way that men had to lead painful and emotionless lives. Due to extreme difficulties in a harsh ennvironment, men had to take the entire burden of struggle against nature so that humanity would survive. Since the hunter-gather and tribal societies, the men have to suppress their pain, their sufferings and brave against all odds to fight against nature to save and feed women, children and elderly.
As a result even today, men are considered emotionless creatures. It is widely assumed across all societies that men do not feel emotional pain. Men are supposed to be strong and fearless. Expressing fear, own weakness and failures will automatically lead to harsh social condemnation. Yet, its men who took most of the important social decisions. One such decision is, men have no right to cry or express their vulnerabilities.
So, when a man feels weak and vulnerable, even his most trusted friends will condemn him, judge him and desert him. Society is in complete denial of pain, sufferings and vulnerabilities of men. Suicides of men do not make to front pages of newspapers, as if these are weak men who deserved to die so that they do not demoralise other men in the hunting expedition.
While 3 times more men compared to women die due to accidents, suicides or murders; for the entire society and Indian state this is a non-issue.

Because, males are disposable gender since ages.This huge rate of male deaths, diseases and injuries are not just enough, today the state policies are geared towards formulation of policies on a regular basis to institutionalise further discrimination against men. The policy makers choose to overlook the facts and ground realities because it is a socially accepted fact that males have to be treated as sub-humans and men will take any amount of discrimination and pain as they keep sacrificing for society like some emotionless robots.
The violence existing in male-world is often considered as a terrible crime by men without even an ounce of understanding about how society and family system forces men to crime by denying opportunities and subjecting them to extremely harsh environments. Criminals are not born, they are carved by the society. Many justify the large number of deaths of men claiming that men deserved such deaths, because men are inherently evil. Hating males and creating social policies to discriminate males, is considered as progressive step towards a better world. Denial of already non-existence voice to abused, harassed, disposable males is considered an important state policy. It is men who hate men and it is men who perpetuate social policies to discriminate themselves; just the way men on the decks of Titanic did when the ship sank.
If you people have notice. From last few years in india, HR and interviewers are soft towards females then males. Also Many companies bring recruitment only for women. Yet they talk equal status, Not recognizing there power and intelligents.

Abortion is no doubt condemnable. But can anybody deny the cost of raising a girl? Its much higher than a boy. Now today's girls are careerists. So along with the cost of marriage there is also the added cost of the higer education and career building of the girl. Even if the girl is working she will still expect and ask her father to pay for the bills of her marriage. Also keeping a girl in an unknown city like Delhi or Mumbia for her higher education is costlier than a boy. Boys can take a lot of hardship. They can get into the general class of a train. But for a girl she will always prefer sleeper class if not AC or flight. Now after spending so much of money she will go to another family. Now the guys generally stay with their families. Today's men are getting closer to their parents and look after them after witnessing the idiosyncracies of so called modern women.Now women and feminists may not like my words. But this is practical and in case of the education or marriage nobody will come forward to help? So why to point towards others?Even a month ago a lady judge was reported in the media to list her daughters as liabilities. Only a fool can deny the huge cost associated with girl children.
It is true that a woman is an embodiment of plentiful virtues and its strength must be exploited for the betterment of the organistation she works for. But I have to admit that most of women working in the Govt organisations are not contributing honestly towards the betterment of the service of the govt. They always bother more about leaves and their family commitments than thinking seriously towards the organisations. Even when they are on the job they always gossip. I don't mean to say that all men are the best workers. All I want to say is that there are some natural differences between men and women. Both must start to complement and supplement rather then compete.
why brothers live in peice till they get married and family collapses after all brohters get married in family. women are behind this. they spoil the husbands and break the family.
