Hi, i am pursuing MBA in HR and i want to become a corporate trainer i don't have experience in this field.(have more than 15 months experience in Technical field)but i can understand the problems going on these days in an organization and also i can provide an best solution for that. this is because i can feel the problem of an employee as well as the problem of an employer.
