flexi hours mean working for 24 hours a day?

this story is as bogus as bogus comes. flexi hours would mean a person working from 10 am to 8pm instead of say 6am to 4pm. how is he managing to work almost 20 hours a day?

well flexi work doesn't mean he has to work 20 hrs. there are plenty of days when you can get by with 4-5 hrs of work. Also if you finish your work fast enough, you can achieve this
