Avoid stress at all times. Think positive. Nothing but fresh air. Listen to easy listening music. Make yourself happy whatever it takes. Talk to your baby because he/she can listen. Have a healthy pregnancy and all the best.
In olden days people used to keep fit during pregancy and get a healthy baby is important that she remains active in her physical work. She should take rest when tied. Sleep well during night. Eat healthy food. Drink plenty of water especially when she gets up in the morning.Follow exercises as advuced by the experts of physioterapists, which they will tel her what are the best exercises during preganancy and after pregnancy legs exercises are the important ones. After the delivery she should not forget to wtrap up her stomach with the available bandage so that the air or vacuum is removed from the tummy/uterus. Eat plenty of fruits which are good for digestion and check for blood sugar because during pregnancy the sugar level is geberally increased and she should keep the record or check for it, and do not eat too much of fruits which has lots of sugar levels. Even food has to be avoided what carries sugar contents. Oil or fatty items definetely is bad.
