yes Uluva.. methi.. its good for diabetes as well as the glue property of it heals wounds in the stomach liver and guts... we should take half teaspoon raw seeds daily.... I do....

Its also good for sinus problem. Either have a decoction of the same or add it in tea daily. Gradually sinus reduces.
