Sibal should not be worried..After years of taking bribe, his family can pay some to the college and lower the standard..After all, he and his party has been lowering the country's standard regularly. Time to give back some of the Swiss money Mr. Sibal. Considering your vast wealth, it will be Zero loss.
THEY HAVE TO GO BY MERITS IF 100% ARE SO MANY WHAT CAN BE DONE----TIGHTEN EXAM SYSTEM SO THAT MAX % IS ONLY 80%-- THEN CUT OFF WILL BE 80% ONLY--I HOPE SIBBOO MUST HAVE UNDERSTOOD BY READING THIS
Kapil Sibal has already made an attempt to eliminate the competitiveness of Indian students by eliminating board exams. He wants all students to apply to his ministry for admissions wherever they want (and then in typical Congress way-ask for party donations)!! What our country needs is an honest transparent mode of distinguishing between students. A board exam which could have been strengthened has however, been depleted. What would Kapil Sibal suggest colleges do when all students applying have an A grade?
It is absolutely ridiculous to see the worst of judgment system in Indian Education since decades. Even an illiterate can see, that when thousands are getting 99% and above ,it means "it is the system which has FAILED !". No wonder the so can EDUCATIONISTS think tanks are yesterdays literate people who simply dont bother or illiterate in contemporary developments in society and all human beings.
