I just had one banana after a chicken tandoori and 3 pegs of whisky, the best way to reduce the weight, which I brought down from 127 kgs to 102 kgs, 25 kgs reduction over a period of 1 year. Is it not fantastic panacia for weight reduction

Masala dosa, idli and all rice products will increase weight because of high carbohydrates content. Carbohydrates and sugars are easily digestible leading to release of too much energy that we cannot use and unused energy will be converted to fat.
