Today no matter how qualified we are,it is sad that we do not care much while buying a product,we never enquire seriously about warranty,guarantee,quality of service provided by the franchisee service center.99% consumers are fooled. People also feel embarrased to talk freely about it,god knows why? Wemust become proactive and call for stringent consumer protection mechanisms and govt should make 2 years warranty a mandatory requirement for any product.
Dear Readers. suggest you all not to buy any product of HERO HONDA. i purchased Hero Honda Karizma R just 5 months back and i think it was by biggest mistake. entire front body is vibrating like a hell. no one bother in Hero Honda workshop to provibe satisfactory services to their clients. Plz do not purchase product of HERO HONDA

This is a problem faced by any Indian consumer. Similar stories would be there from Bajaj, Enfield, Suzuki etc. Sales and Service are like Heaven and Hell. It is more of an attitude issue. These manufactures and service centres dont just care about quality. 'Who cares? I got another 100 bikes coming in for service today...' is their mindset. More consumers should come forward and take strong legal measures and also spread the message. You should have published the name of the service centre here Rohit...

Same experience here. I feel they are trying to push off whatever few bikes are left and have stopped manufacturing spares. I of course finally sold off my bike after fighting with the showroom people as well as communicating with the company. And yes the service is just hopeless unless you have the technical knowhow and can challenge the mechanics.

agree, best suits to indian Roads!! we dont have best roads for Harley and other best bikes. 150-180CC is enough for us
Even the r15 looks like an indian bike with a snazzy faring. The best of the lot is obviously the Ninja 650 and 250 which have not been included for reasons i would never know.
