I don't understand what's wrong with the man showed in the last image.He should be sensible enough to exercise daily rather than going through surgeons knife.I know he must be ashamed of himself because his chest looks like female breast and his tummy is protruding. Cardio Ab training Weight training Balanced diet=Well lean and toned body.(Coz i m doing this and it is showing excellent results that is why I am recommending it).I know he must have spent lakhs of rupees for that operation.If he follows same lifestyle his original body shape will come back.One has to understand there is no substitute to exercise and balanced diet.Why people go through this painful process?Such people suffer from low self esteem.People have to understand physical attributes is not everything.I have seen many people who are fat and obese but are attractive because of their personality.Moral of the story is if you feel you are fat and unhealthy adopt better lifestyle, go to dietician and do regular exercise instead of going through knife.
