Sengupta - Are you talking about food supplement pills made by man?. If yes, we don't need your pills. Post if you have any diet plan made of natural items available everywhere.

The best health tip is to eat unadulterated foods. Unfortunately almost everything available in India is adulterated. There is danger of even milk being artificially manufactured with the help of fertilizers.

I think you are correct. All the menu has no connection with India food habits. In India only upper class can afford. Best thing is eat our natural, habit food and do work and digest it.

No doubt these article mentions about many food itemms which an average Indina may not consume..but then please see one of the highlighting points in this article..consumption of meat especially red meat in various forms...which is unhealthy..styles of cooking etc. In India a sizeable population (including lower middle class) consume red meat and other non-veg items in some form..some people have 2 eggs daily for breakfast..so the article tries to highlight cutting down consumption of meat/non-veg and sticking to a more vegetarian diet..Our Vedas also prescribes "Satwik aahar" as the best diet..followed by " Raajsik aahar " and advices us from consuming " Taamsik aahar'

A typical indian diet along with locally available fruits and vegetables should be sufficient to keep cancer away and ofcourse along with avoiding smoking and drinking.
