Dont ever take a credit card or a home loan from this HS BC. A bank with no ethics and will do anything to attract customers and then swindle them. If they are offering you to payback 25K, that means you will made to pay 10 times more than if you take a loan from a Govt. Bank.
Complete stupid scheme to fool the customers. They are charging extra % for it. Just think that you are paying around Rs. 3 lakhs as interest and you get Rs. 25000 back in last EMI, you still pay Rs. 275000. With higher interest rate of even 0.5 might have already covered it!!

Did you not know that top notch bank officials are paid astronomical figures as compensatation for their brilliant ideas to fool the likes of you and me or should I say the general public whom they consider as suckers.

true..even smart students from havard n mit are picked up by wall street for the same purpose.. thats why america is losing good talent in cooking up complex financial tricks to fool public rather than something more beneficial
