Agree, Yes all of us dont pay bribes but the officials make conditions such that you are forced to pay.Files just wont move and than pages from the files disappear asking you to reproduce but if you offer a bribe nothing is required or the page will reappear."What is the goverment doing about this?This happens in all departments and specially Electricity ,water and other areas.Corruption is so rampant that most govement servants expect it or make your life terrible.""May the money that you corrupt people earn by squeezing other never buy you the medicine you require.....
