Its an stupid idea to buy a Home...specialy when u do not have any money ..the homeloans in India is very very high..almost like an Dalal the bank is..the Govt is very harsh on all peole who buy an Home..live in an rented home move a bit interior so u always pay less rent..if u buy an home in the city central u almost live in an rented place as the taxes are set so high..so whats the big use..

always buy homes on hard cash . it is most cheapest way to buy home .

Yes, u both are right.

Buy home with Hard cash. Sooner or Later, its the best option.

Instead of paying EMI, save the same for 3-10 years.

One can buy a decent a house.
