does HRA in payslip has any importance in Home loan eligibility? is the amount considered while calculating the home loan? or in takehome/net amount that amount is included..

Well...you are right. There are multiple factors as you have mentioned which lso play a part in the loan's eligibility. But the article here was meant to define only one part of it i.e. what all is included and excluded from your take home pay. I have not covered other factors in this article. I hope i answered your question.
You have reflected a bare truth in your writing, i just went through this trauma of bridging the gap of deficit by selling ornaments. Dear Frnds,pls keep this article in your favs as it will help you in future bcoz once the processing fees of Rs 11,800/- gone to bank ,no other option than to go for allowed loan amount only.
