This is a useless advice from Rediff. These might help for a very short period but to really get rid of the back pain on a permanent basis one needs to exercise and do yoga. That's the only permanent cure!
indians adapting to western practises is making the lower back weaker. go for squat type toilets dont change to western toilets. squatting makes the lower back strong, a strong back is very much needed fro active life especially in bedrooms. live well.
