Infosys, TCS, etc. are not really as well-paid as widely imagined by the general public.
Two computer science engineers I know who left Infosys and TCS and joined public sector oil marketing companies say they effectively are paid more than double what they used to be paid in the IT companies. This despite labouring for more than 12 hours each day at the IT companies and periodic foreign visits !

Grow up man...ain't you paid well ? Don't you get a bonus depending on your performance? Share of the profit is when you invest in it. Buy some shares of the company and get a dividend.

people don't want to grow up. People want handouts from a socialist government. This guy doesn't want to start a company. But he wants these companies to handover the profit to him in a platter (in addition to salary). What can i say? we deserve to continue to be a poor 3rd world country until we get out of this entitlement mentality.

lovely. so apart from the salary, the shareholders should part with their money and give it to the employees. And this looks perfect logical to you. Nationalize companies? Are you for real?
