SAP and it MDs

His predecessor had joined SAP India at this age. And he finally died of Cardiac Arrest at the age of 41 last year.

The fatality rate of IT Leaders is increasing very fast in the age group 40-45. There have been many casualties in the last 2 years (ICICI Prudential MD, SAP MD, Future Generali MDs are examples of those so called brilliant guys who could cross even 45 years of age).

Most of MNC IT companies are employing guys younger than required and burning them out.

I was young and I thought I could change the world, I could get along without being a great professional but I think in many ways that was a positive dissatisfaction -- many people when they are young, think they can change world but few realize as positive dissatisfaction. Great man. Its a nice experence to work with him. I am lucky here.
