On average middle class and above give their kids fast food,chips,creams,coke,pepsi etc which are high in calories due to which obesity.Just plain rice,chappati ,dal,fish @ vegies will make no harm to our body with lots of plain water.

Nice! But I have heard about chemicals in Shampoos before. I think Himalya herbal shampoo is safe.
