hi I have some questions which are hovering in my mind regarding weight loss.As a matter of fact i have been working out(3km running and 3-4 sets of situps) for 5 months regularly except weeekends .unfortunately my weight just reduced around 3 kg in 1st month but after that i havnt reduced.it seems uniform though my stomach has flattened but noweight loss has been seenby me...suggest some tips to shed some extra fats
I was a good sports person till 30, then regular jogger later regular walker since early 40s and now regular swimmer too with very much restricted diet as per the advise of dietician/doctor. Destite all we can not be sure of success. Let us see this dietician after the age 35. It is easy to preach - difficult to practice. Capitalising the rich young lazy literates. It is more or less like growing hair in bald, nameology, numerology, prayer healing, gems, vasthu, changing to fair skin/complexion and so many more like this. Since commented adversely does not mean I am against this. A systematic regular exercise and diet helps living healthily
i am acidic & gaseous by digestion. there is obesity in my belly only. all other parts are ok with no fats. i want to control my obesity & acidity. pl suggest remedial techniques with fast results.
