definitely not milk, yoghurt, or fish. These foods contain high protein making them very acid foods which are detrimental to bones in long run. Note that osteoporosis is rampant in the West and all milk drinking, meat eating countries.
Our bodies are alkaline so our calcium should come from mainly vegetables, salads, greens, fruit, nuts, seeds.

As if we dont know that the ogvernment is corrupt to the core, it never matters which party is in power, they all get corrupted when they come to power. The money should be openly distributed to poor people if at all...

come on, why should this money go to the Govt. The robbbers/thieves/ministers and culprits will swindle the money in the name of some schemes. This money should go to the temple trust and the trust can decide on how to spend for poor people, either education or food or hospitals etc.
